This is the LED E-generator high speed handpiece, model WJ-164, from HYDRUMP. It is the everyday clinic handpiece for crown and cavity preparation and general tooth cutting.

What makes it convenient is that the generator is built into the head: the air turbine spins a small generator and turns the light on, so you need no light wire to the chair and no battery to charge. As the bur cuts, a white light shines straight into the cavity, and the shadow of your hand no longer blocks the view. It runs between 280,000 and 400,000 rpm at 0.25 to 0.30 MPa, gives a torque of 25 to 45 Ncm, stays under 60 dB, and sterilizes at 135 degrees. It takes the 2-hole or 4-hole connection, with a super torque or standard head and a push button chuck.
