This is the LED E-generator high speed handpiece, model WJ-164, from HYDRUMP. It is the everyday clinic handpiece for crown and cavity preparation and general tooth cutting.

What makes it convenient is that the generator is built into the head: the air turbine spins a small generator and turns the light on, so you need no light wire to the chair and no battery to charge. As the bur cuts, a white light shines straight into the cavity, and the shadow of your hand no longer blocks the view.
