The high speed handpiece is different from the high speed handpiece
The high speed handpiece is a new type of Witte motor, which uses the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric materials to cause the vibrating body to vibrate in the ultrasonic frequency band, and output energy through the friction between the stator and the rotor. Because the driving mechanism of the high-speed machine head is different from the traditional electromagnetic motor, there are some differences, mainly:
1. Anti-interference: The high-speed machine head cannot work normally under the influence of the external magnetic field, and the magnetic field it generates will also affect the normal operation of some magnetically sensitive equipment around. The structure of the ultrasonic motor does not require coils and magnets, and does not generate electromagnetic waves, so the external magnetic field has little effect on it.
2. Power-off self-locking: When the high-speed machine head is powered off, the static friction between the stator and the rotor makes the motor have a larger static holding torque, thereby achieving self-locking, eliminating the need for brakes and simplifying positioning control. The dynamic response time is also shorter.
3. Low noise: The mechanical vibration of the vibrating body of the high-speed machine head is an ultrasonic vibration that cannot be heard by human ears, and it does not require a deceleration mechanism, so there is no noise of the deceleration mechanism, and the operation is very quiet.
4. Unconventional environment: The unique driving mechanism of the high speed handpiece meets the needs of a variety of structural design, such as the high speed handpiece with a unified driving principle. In order to apply to different installation environments, its shape can be changed as needed.
